The hotel was in a particularly good and unbeatable position near to sights such as Dejima Island and a shortish walk to the Dutch Slopes and gardens nearby, the center of many convenient stores and parking structures, and the Dutch Slopes and gardens nearby. The food was FABULOUS - plenty of options. The staff was incredibly polite, absolutely friendly, no complaint.

Appreciated a writing table and a new carpet in the room. The beds were large and the view of the mountains was amazing. Particularly good and absolutely incredible location in the center of everything was a plus. It was also short walk to the Dutch Slopes and gardens.

My stay was really lovely here. Stayed for 3 nights and was impressed by this hip new hotel. The breakfasts were marvellous with great views and surroundings views of Nagasaki, as for instance and all the staff was courteous. Location: the property was short walk to the Dutch Slopes and gardens nearby, almost all attractions in the city, and also near to the tram stop. Tried some nice meals at Eiseiro Honten, located near the hotel.

Great looking and incredibly beautiful hotel!
Fairly clean hotel in a new building adjacent to shopping street and convenience stores. Beautiful and huge room, exceptionally comfortable bed. Clean bathrooms with bidet. Excellent location, near an edo period Chinese quarter. Also, close to good restaurant options.

We absolutely loved staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything. We had easy access to restaurants, bars, and cafes, and even got to explore the beautiful hills and neighborhoods of the city. The room was spacious and new, with a large window seat/couch that we adored. The streaming on the large TV was a bonus too. The staff were friendly and check-in was a breeze. We didn't get a chance to try the Sky Spa or breakfast, but the WiFi was good and the view from our 11th-floor room was stunning.
Families looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel should definitely consider staying here.
